I had the pleasure to capture Benjamin’s newborn session about nine months ago, and this past month I was honored to capture his holy baptism.  The baptism took place at St. John’s XXIII Catholic Parish Church located in Miramar, Florida.  After the beautiful ceremony, family and friends gathered for an intimate reception at Piola, an italian based pizzeria restaurant located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  The decorations for the reception where kept simple, delicate and earthy, they had a mix of white with touches of green and gold keeping the atmosphere fresh and airy.

The cake was divine, it was a white cake showered in green leaves with a beautiful golden cross that gave it the perfect touch, the cake was made by Miami based baker Tina’s Original Cake, located in Doral, Florida.  The Flowers and Centerpieces, where created by Perfect Choice Nursery, located in the Southwest Ranches here in West Broward, the flowers where simple and brought the entire environment together for the event.  The beautiful earthy stationary that was used throughout the reception including throughout the cake table where designed by Maria Pachecom and where brought to Florida all the way from Venezuela.  The various desserts that adorned the cake table where created with love by Aildeana Rincon who came for the special event from Venezuela.  The final touch that the cake table had was the beautiful gold and white balloons that where put together by Milangela Mendoza.

Benjamin’s mom, Mariela planned the entire occasion from head to toe, and it was nothing less than perfect.
